51:23
Postcard size invites the recipient to flip it over.

55:19
A friendly reminder to everyone: please make sure you are selecting "all panelists and attendees" when you use chat.

56:32
Jessica's response to whether they are posting all horses on My Right Horse: We are listing horses that have completed and "passed" the Basic Behavior profile. I say "passed" because while it is not a "pass/fail" test, we have our certain standards that ensure we know the horse is safe and what direction they could excel at.We also have a waiting list for certain types of horse personalities... some of our horses that are adopted do not make it to website because they are adopted to someone on the waiting list

Everyone: please feel free to type your question here in chat and we will have Rita address them in the Q&A at the end of the webinar.

01:01:25
That is a perfect description of the Right Horse philosophy on good adoptions. <3

Are the horses that are going to the 4H kids already broke? Green broke?

01:15:08
It was such a fabulous event. All the youth trainers were so accomplished and professional and proud of their horses.

01:16:39
For the 4-H Makeover, all the horses have been ridden at least three times by our Training Manager. We match the horse's skill level with the youth's skill level. Our Training Manager works very closely with each horse and is able to convey the skill level of the horse to the youth. Each youth will know exactly what to expect from the horse with which they are paired.

01:17:05
We have horses that are able to be ridden in the 4-H Makeover, and horses that are just for in-hand training.

01:17:59
for those of you in the warm up ring or partners - you may want to rif off this great idea from Nexus and submit for the trainer challenge RFP! https://therighthorse.org/trainerschallengegrant/
