Does 'less is more' mean fewer posts, smaller posts or both?
Kelsey Keys
01:32:40
How many posts would you suggest on Facebook and Instagram per day? What's going to wear down the algorithim and what's going to make it happy? (reposting for attendees, too)
Rebecca Goldrick
01:33:40
Olivia - Can you repost your responses for attendees too?
shari cahill
01:34:11
Does timing have any effect on algorithm? Better to post morning, afternoon, night?
Rebecca Goldrick
01:34:39
Olivia - the attendees aren't seeing your responses, only hte panelists
Valerie Sheppard 2
01:35:09
carly, there';s background noise liek your mic is touching your face?
Rebecca Goldrick
01:35:42
Olivia -- you need to select "PANELISTS and ATTENDEES" so people can see your responses

Hi all! Sorry, I was sending the messages to the wrong people. To answer the question about posting frequency, I would recommend 3-5 posts on facebook and 3-5 posts on instagram. with instagram, you can do many more "Stories" - multiple a day if you want!
Olivia Melikhov

Hi Olivia -
shari cahill
01:40:49
is there a best way to learn how to make these dressed up pics & videos for us newbies to social media?
Kelsey Keys
01:41:21
Is there ever "too few" posts on Facebook? For example, my job is social media "part time." :( I do 2 other jobs here- sometimes I only have time to post once per day
Valerie Sheppard 2
01:41:44
From Sarah Coleman to All Panelists: 03:34 PMOlivia, do you mean 3-5 per DAY or per WEEK?
Olivia Melikhov
01:41:45
with facebook live videos, those can be very rough and dont need to be overly produced - in fact, that is encouraged
Olivia Melikhov
01:42:29
@Sarah - 3-5 posts per WEEK. With Instagram Stories, you can do many per day if you like, the more the merrier
Olivia Melikhov
01:43:26
in terms of "dressing up" photos, we can send around a few easy tools for adding graphics to photos after this meeting
shari cahill
01:43:59
That would be great! Thank you! :-)

From Sarah Coleman to All Panelists: 03:39 PMSorry another question -- do we dress up Facebook images or just IG or both? Do text and graphics hurt Facebook posts?
Olivia Melikhov
01:47:37
high quality/high res images for facebook and instagram work best with minimal text. you could include a text link but i would keep overall text minimal for highest engagement
Valerie Sheppard 2
01:47:41

Olivia Melikhov
01:48:30
with Instagram Stories, you can use that tool to add all sorts of text and effect - in Stories, that works well. But in regular posts, it's important to have high quality, compelling images
Kelsey Keys
01:48:38
Sorry, can you clarify: 3-5 LIVE posts on Facebook per week or 3-5 posts?
Olivia Melikhov
01:51:01
I would recommend 3-5 posts per week. In terms of Lives, we try to do approx one Facebook Live and one Instagram Live per week
Kelsey Keys
01:51:13
Thank you!!
Rebecca Goldrick

Olivia Melikhov
01:57:07
@Jeanine - I think one photo a day is great. For Instagram Stories, you can do many more if you want
